Simon joined Repton as an independent non-executive director in 2018. He is a lawyer by profession, specialising in commercial property, development and construction. Since retiring he has held non-executive Chair and director roles in various businesses in the property and construction sectors.

Matthew joined Repton as an independent non-executive director in 2018. Matthew is a Senior Director and Head of the London Office at Lichfields. He specialises in housing and economic development projects. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences.

Al joined Repton as an executive director in 2018. Al is Director of Procurement and Sustainability at NCC and is vice chair of the Local Government Association Procurement National Advisory Group. He was appointed MBE for services to local government in the 2024 New Year Honours List.

Titus joined Repton as an executive director in 2023. As well as his role at Repton, Titus is the Assistant Director of Finance at Norfolk County Council. He is a director of a number of the council’s other companies including Independence Matters and Hethel Innovation. Titus is a CIPFA qualified accountant.
