Final properties are handed over at Saxon Health – 26th April 2024
This week we hit a major milestone handing over the final units at our 100% affordable scheme in Attleborough “Saxon Heath”, built by Lovell Homes for Orbit Group. We are so pleased that all 48 properties are now completed and ready for the final residents to move in.
We’ve won an award! – 19th April 2024
Lovell and Repton have won the Residential Project of the Year award for the Bowlers Green development at Hopton in the Norfolk Constructing Excellence Awards. The Residential Project of the Year category celebrates inspirational projects delivering outstanding outcomes and exemplifying the Constructing Excellence principles. Topping Out Ceremony at Caister, Burton Cove – 18th March 2024
The team held a Topping-out ceremony on the 18th March 2024, marking a key milestone at the new development in Caister. We cannot wait to see these properties on the market later this summer.

Construction gets underway at Hunstanton – 2024
Construction company E.N. Suiter have begun works at Hunstanton converting the former primary school into 11 unique properties. We have worked closely with Torrington Properties Ltd to sensitively design these conversion and new-build properties. Councillor Andrew Jamieson, Deputy Leader of Norfolk County Council, joined us to mark the occasion. We look forward to the homes becoming available later this year through Sowerbys. Lovell to make wellbeing support visible with roll out of hard hat stickers – 25th January 2024
Lovell has committed to putting a sticker on every hard hat in the region for its team and subcontractors to direct them to wellbeing support. The sticker features a QR code for the Make It Visible website, spearheaded by the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity. Click here to read more.

A Topping-out ceremony was held on the 8th March 2023, marking a key milestone at the new all-affordable homes development in Attleborough. A topping out ceremony is a construction tradition which typically occurs when the final structural beam is raised or when the highest beam is placed, marking the overall completion of the building’s structure.
